Here at Bloom Care, we strive to find the perfect candidate to fit your families needs. Each prospect goes through a rigorous recruiting process with the agency prior to us connecting you with them. We do all of the work for you!

We require our Nannies to be background checked through Trustline/FBI, show proof of a clean driving record, and proof of Covid-19 vaccination. We want your family to be in the care of the most trusted individuals.

After we interview the candidates and review their records, we will send you a “packet” for each candidate. In this packet you will find all background information and their resume and cover letter. Once you have a chance to review the material, we will reach out to each nanny and have them call you so you can coordinate an interview. Some families do a zoom interview prior to meeting in person. After you have met in person you can decide if you want the prospect to come back for a two week trial run. We will send you all candidate packets that meet your criteria.

If you find someone you love and hire them, but they end up needing to leave for some reason, we will go through the same process to find you a replacement for no extra charge. We want you to be happy with the employee in your home and with your children. Finding the best match for your family is our number one priority. We do require transparency from both parties during this process so we ask that you keep us posted on any updates during the hiring process!
