Nanny Placement Process

We do a free comprehensive consultation with your family to become more acquainted with your unique needs so that we can find the ideal candidate. This can be done in home or through Zoom.

To move forward, an agreement will be signed and $400 registration fee is due.

There is a 25 hours/week minimum for all placements.

After a rigorous screening process, we will hand select vetted nannies that have been previously screened and meet our agency requirements.

We will send you Bloom Care nanny profiles to review and will schedule in person interviews with the candidates we have presented.

Once you decide on your favorite candidate, we help you schedule a paid trial to have the potential nanny spend a few hours with your family to ensure it is a good match for both parties.

Once you complete the trial and are ready to make an offer to your nanny, we will assist in setting you up for a successful relationship with your nanny by helping put together a work agreement and payroll guidance.

Nanny placement fee is due once an offer has been accepted and the nanny’s background check is cleared.

You are now the nanny’s employer and all scheduling, payroll, etc are handled between you and your nanny.
